Cathy has been at TB Group since 2010 and has over 30 years of professional planning experience throughout Northern Colorado. Her expertise includes lead project management, coordination of the development review process and an extensive knowledge of codes and regulations. Her work includes a vast variety of projects including; master planning, golf course developments, residential, office and commercial, educational, government and financial institutions. Cathy brings a unique skill set to the team as she is very active in affordable housing and has been a long-time board member of Housing Catalyst in Fort Collins. She has assisted the organization with acquiring and developing affordable housing and is also involved in leadership, advocacy, and policies governing the operations.

 

In her free time, Cathy loves to camp, hike, ski and enjoy Colorado with her family and friends.  She feels lucky to have a close family and a beautiful and entertaining granddaughter to spend time with. She also volunteers for several boards including the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce and Front Range Community College.
